Melania Comoretto is a freelance photographer. She collaborates with weekly and monthly magazines, as well as cultural foundations and private enterprises.
Her work focuses on documentary photography, mainly on topics related to women issues, and is exhibited in museums and institutions which have increasingly become interested in the role of documentary photography as a form of art.
Born in Turin in 1975, she trained at New York International Center of Photography (ICP). Part of her work is exhibited at Galleria d’Arte Moderna e Contemporanea (GAM) in Turin (Italy).
